This pictures came to me back in 2014. Very old set without many clues. The squat projecting mounts makes one think of Alexander Glen however with eleven teeth standing that's a leap. Personally, I think it pre-dates Alexander and may well be late 1700's. As you can see, no threads cut into the projecting mounts.
