There is not a lot of information available on this maker. They were “makers” of two and three drone bagpipes in the 1930’s with addresses at Monument House, O’Connell Bridge, Dublin and at 29 Haymarket, London. I believe the bagpipe pictured below is 3/4 size. It came with a chanter stamped “Bulter and Sons Dublin”. In the first picture, obviously the drones are assembled incorrectly. I believe the bagpipe is possibly the work of Henry Starck.
The two-drone bagpipe immediately below came with a chanter marked “Butler and Sons, Haymarket London.
