I really like this bagpipe. Only a few makers were known for a one-piece cap. I recently discovered that Thow was one of these. Certainly this bagpipe reflects considerable skill and care however I’m inclined to leave it here unless other compelling evidence is brought forward. I also believe that the mounts and caps are made of marine ivory.
