I’m really not sure what we’re looking at here. My eyes go immediately to the bone collars, which are very unusual. Next, the bells are disproportionate to the rest of the pieces. Projecting mounts and rings appear to be made of ivory and are very unusual in shape. The metal ferrules don’t match each other and some appear over-sized, so I speculate that they are sitting atop the original bone or ivory ferrules. All-in-all quite unusual.
