This is just an awesome set. I’m thinking that it was something done during the “Art Nouveau” (1890-1910) period, judging from the Silver. The profile of the projecting mounts and the designs within the rings at the top take me there. I’m assuming that the silver was a custom order and that maybe the bagpipe was made by either Henry Starck or Robert Reid based on the profiles. Impossible to say with any degree of certainty. The mounts also appear to be pinned into place. Love it!
