Bone, ivory, and ebony. Very uncommon with ten teeth standing. Workmanship is superb. Note the small wooded bead just above the nickel ferrules. You find this on wood-mount Henry Starck bagpipes made long after this particular bagpipe. Perhaps this was the inspiration of that detail on Starck bagpipes.
