This bagpipe lines up nicely with Unknown #54 from what we can see. There is a temptation to blurt out a possible (or probable) maker’s name however without strong evidence or documentation it is irresponsible to do so. There are so many early makers where their work remains undocumented or authenticated. We hope that our patience will eventually be rewarded.
