This bagpipe came out of Waterloo County in Ontario. It might well be the work of John Cameron, Dundee, however we may never know. Rather than give in to mild or wild speculation, it remains Unknown #9. The Practice Chanter came in the box. I’m probably mistaken however I believe that Peter Henderson’s stamp was present.
