Another interesting bagpipe of unknown origin. I’ve seen mounts like this on other bagpipes, but the maker remains either unknown or questionable. Bells are quite deep. Look at the sharp edge at the bottom of the bell. Not a detail that all turners embraced. Some believed it was too easily damaged. The bushings atop the bells seem inconsistent. Perhaps a “B” grade instrument.
